16 Mar 1858: James M. Langford executes instrument for $110 paid by Surmon Dean conveying the 'Linsey Wagon and team' (one wagon and three yoke of oxen) with warranty, conditioned to be void if Langford pays his $110 note to S. Dean (or bearer) due 1 Jan 1859. Langford keeps possession until further order. Acknowledged 17 Apr 1858 before W.P. Brittain, Clerk Co. Ct.; filed for record 17 Apr 1858 at 1 PM and recorded same day at 3 PM in Deed Book M, pp. 572–573. Clerk notes multiple erasures/interlineations in original (including erasure of 'unto the said Surmon Dean his heirs' and interlineation of 'or bearer', etc.).
