Quitclaim deed executed by W. P. M. Dean and Henry Ralph to I. N. Jackson for 60 acres out of the Sophia Dean League (Abstract No. 16), described by field notes and identified as the Orlando Johns tract. Purpose stated as removal of an apparent cloud from title. Instrument states 'Sophia Ralph formerly Sophia Dean' and that 'S. W. Ralph and Sophia Ralph are one and the same person.'
