Executed 11 Nov 1804 (Montgomery County, GA); proved 4 Mar 1814 before JP William Gainer (Washington County); recorded 30 May 1814 in Laurens County, GA (Deed Book C, p. 189). Warranty language: will make good & sufficient titles from grantor, heirs, assigns, administrators or executors.
