Merritt, Angelina Jones, John Hall, concerning competing claims within the Sophia Dean League (grant 19 Feb 1835). Huling; defendants William Dean and Henry Ralph (heirs of Sophia Dean alias Sophia Ralph) recover the portion in conflict with said McKinney survey (reserved in the 8 Jul 1845 deed). Writs of possession ordered; motion for new trial overruled; notice of appeal given.
